First Edit and Tutorial

The tutorial gave great and clear feedback on my edit,I understood fully the path ahead I needed to take to achieve a really smooth and tight edit. The main outcomes that were at fault were the structure of the edit mainly the interview. There seemed no fault with the cutaways or how they were structure. Mainly the interview was structured wrong, it started off very dull and boring mainly talking about the history of china town in a very linear way. Simon the contributor says a line about the community being more of a family, we figured that this would be a better opening with the styled shots and would create a very poetic feel to the documentary.
